Ok i have managed to get my self the most annoying virus ever on my pc, im not great with computers so all i have done so far is scan with windows defender, avg av free addition and adaware, the only free ones i know of btw.
None of them but adaware found it and i clicked remove but after i rebooted it was there instantly with its annoying 'YOU HAVE 37 INFECTIONS' sign

Could someone please help this computer illiterate girl and tell me a way of removing this virus

Tnx in advance

Have also just searched with spybot search and destroy and it found 3 infections called spyhunter which when i try to remove it says cannot be removed as they are still running

Oh and i have windows vista
