My machine has something nasty. I've run every spybot and malware removal I've found and it keeps coming back.

I get pop ups (yellow.com is a favorite)
My desktop has changed to this ridiculous message that says I'm infected with spyware (yeah, no kidding)
My Taskbar Clock is in military time (20:39 and the likes)
I get messages constantly from the evil triangle on the task bar that says I'm infected
I also get popups from 'windows security' with a red bar across the top that says I'm infected
OH and my machine is slower than molasses

I have run hijackthis and I have a log, but wasn't sure if I should post is since I was told not to in BOLD at the top of the screen.

I'm not a computer prodigy but not a novice either, so a response in 8th grade computer-speak would be OH SO VERY HELPFUL!!

Run a full system scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in Normal Mode (Instructions).
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
