Hi there,

Sorry if I fail to describe my problem correctly but it seems I have just picked up a computer virus, probably from the Internet.

Basically what happens is that everytime I try to open a video link or a video download the entire web site that media is attached to shuts down. Basically it does not allow me to access video media. Has anyone heard of this problem and possibly a virus patch to fix? If you have please email me

Much appreciated.

Run an anti-virus/anti-malware scan at Trend Micro.

Choose the complete scan.

Let us know what it finds.
