How do I convert PSF files into JPG files so I can view pictures?

Depends on what program created the file extension/file, with PhotoStudio and PhotoShop seeming the likely candidates if it is a graphics image.

See http://filext.com/file-extension/PSF

Do you have any graphics-editing program installed? If so, try opening the image in said program...and then saving it as a .jpg or .jpeg file (same thing).

If not, post back with your guess/answer as to what program created the image.
