Running Outlook Professional OS with Kaspersky Internet Security. Outlook times out both sending and receiving email. Error 0x8004210A comes up in Display box. Have checked and rechecked all settings with ISP; have turned off firewall as well as turning off Kaspersky system entirely without positive result.
On laptop Outlook with same OS, same Outlook version and Kaspersky works flawlessly. Exasperated ISP gives up, anyone have a clue what to do?
