The 2 programs above keep asking for permission to allow "startup global entry change : value deleted entry: innoSetup
RegGile000000000.1 the file is C:\WINDOWS\is-UCBEO.exe/REG. and I have no idea what it is....? Does anyone know what this file is and how I should proceed? it keeps bugging me every time I start to do anything on my computer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like an installer had created an entry to run on reboot (probably just one time). The programs are telling you that value is going to be deleted. It should be fine to allow that deletion to occur.
