Hi .

So, I am assuming that you have MS.NET installed.

My unknowing eyes/mind would interpret your message as a coding error in the NET install...which would make me remove/uninstall whatever version I have currently installed...and then download/install the 3.5 version (which includes any previous versions which may be needed).

I might try running chkdsk /r before uninstalling, but probably not...it seems clear to me that this is something chkdsk is not likely to correct.

It's the .NET Framework for running applications on your system. Go to Start...Control Panel...Add or Remove Programs
Scroll down the list until you find the .NET framework stuff - there's several versions on most computers (1.x, 2.x, and 3.x)
Uninstall all of them (they're free to reinstall if you need them).

Then see if the error is fixed. If it is, there's no need to reinstall the .NET framework until something asks you for it. When a program asks for it, just go to Windows Update and select the Optional Updates and download it.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
