I think I have the same problem with the following exceptions. I'm running Vista and I dont see a "run" box like XP has so I dont know where to search for the dll files. I did check the Task Manager but none of those files you listed are there. I have a flashing yellow triangle at the bottom of my screen on the tool bar and every 30 seconds a Systems Alert window pops up telling me that I'm infected with TroJan-Spy.Win32@mx and if I click on the yellow triangle I can download 'official security software'. So I did just to see what came up and its the Windows Anitvirus 2008. Cant seem to find where its hidding. I've run spyware software and anit-virus software but its not catching this bug. I've also lost my 'yahoo home page' . Instead I get some microsoft official looking site that tells me I'm infected with the entire world and I need to download there anti virus software.
