Modem Not Sure About

i am not sure if my computer has a modem for dial up what do i need to give you so you can help me i know it has a wireless modem and another card the has something like a phone jack but only one plug for what looks like a phone jack i have belarc advisor on my computer would the results of that help you let me know asap. i have to use a public computer to get help since no internet at home

If it has a phone jack (looks very similar to an ethernet jack, but less wide), then it has a dial up modem installed.
