HijackThis Log for Security iGuard problems

As suggested here is my HijackThis log. As I mentioned in an earlier post I've managed to wind up with something that has downloaded Security iGuard onto my machine. I think I've managed ot get rid of iGuard, but keep getting messages saying:

Warning! Failed to create process.

I'm running Windows 95
