Daughter's laptop has been infected with a virus or malware called cyberlog-x.She can start the laptop up if she taps F8, but cannot access the internet. She cannot open her task manager, tells her it's been disabled by the adminstrator. She has Superantispyware remover, but when she tries to run it, about half way through, her laptop shuts down. Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this thing? Help please.... Thanks

Try the Remove Restrictions Tool...It may help get the task Manager and other things restored but you'll still have to deal with the malware issue.

Does this look like an OldGrumpyBastard or what?
