i am a newbie.. so i have no idea what is a hijack.. anyway i suspect it is a hijack because
1) i ran a full scan system with SuperAntiSpyware in safe mood. after i have cleared all the virus, there is still a problem with my computer because i could not press Cltrl + ALT + Delete. if i pressed it, there is something poping up saying that "task manager has been disable by your administrator".

2) when i tried to use BitDefender to remove it, it fails. This is the summary of it.

Summary:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\modtrux18\modtrux182328.exe Infected: Trojan.Generic.311901
C:\WINDOWS\system32\modtrux18\modtrux182328.exe Disinfection failed
C:\WINDOWS\system32\modtrux18\modtrux182328.exe Moved

3) there is new user exist, administrator, in my computer when i was logging in to safe mood even tough i have never create it.

plz tell me what to do now. hope this information is enough. thx you

p.s.

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save to your Desktop.
alternate download site

DSS will do the following:
  • Create a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
  • Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, Internet Cache Files, and empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
  • Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for an analyst to review.
  • Automatically run HijackThis. It will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have it installed. So if HijackThis is not installed and DSS prompts you to download it, please answer yes.
You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges when using.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
  • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not
    malicious.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open in Notepad:
    • main.txt <- this one will be maximized
    • extra.txt <- this one will be minimized
  • If not, they both can be found in the C:\Deckard\System Scanner folder.
  • Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
-- When running DSS, some firewalls may warn that it is trying to access the Internet especially if your asked to download the most current version of HijackThis. Please ensure that you allow it permission to do so.
-- If you get a warning from your anti-virus while DSS is scanning, please allow DSS to continue as the scan is not harmful.

Something that I noticed in your log that I consider a huge security risk is Limewire. Just having it is bad enough, but to have it running all the time in the background is just asking for trouble. It's up to you whether you uninstall the program completely or keep it, but I am including the fix to keep it from loading automatically.

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of the lines listed below. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

Download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompts that may appear.
  • The utility may ask you to insert your flash drive and/or other removable drives including your mobile phone. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well.
  • Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
  • Reboot your computer when done.
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection.

Ok, on to the next step.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Prior to running Combofix.exe you should disable your antivirus program and disconnect from the internet.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
