Hi, im only 14, and i need desperate help.
I dont understand alot of these issues so hopefully you can help me

first off,
i had a trojan (Trojan.Win32.Monder.Gen)
removed it with kaspersky antivirus
Then got Trojan.Vundo, i think i removed it.

now...im getting the blue screen of death every 5 minutes or so, it appears for a split second, then the system reboots. On reboot i get a warning of a registry change from kernaul fault check.
I keep getting that error notification sound, but no pop ups to tell me what the error is. My system is slower then usual, my internet is connected (rang service provider and checked network connections), but internet explorer and firefox say the page can not be displayed. Although occasionally it works.

This is really driving me nuts.
If i am in the wrong forum please direct me,

please can you help me?

Here is my hijack this log:

Hi again,
  • I see you are running Teatimer.

I suggest you to disable it because it can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
When everything is done and your log is clean again, you can enable it again.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.
How to disable TeaTimer during HijackThis Cleanup
    Then, Download ResetTeaTimer.bat.
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer.

  • We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
    • Open Windows Defender.
    • Click on Tools, General Settings.
    • Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
    • After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

  • I do not recommend that you have more than one anti virus product (Kaspersky and AVG8) installed and running on your computer at a time. The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, then those products which do not encrypt the virus strings within them can cause other anti virus products to cause "false alarms". It can also lead to a clash as both products fight for access to files which are opened again this is the resident/automatic protection. In general terms, the two programs may conflict and cause:
    1) False Alarms: When the anti virus software tells you that your PC has a virus when it actually doesn't.
    2) System Performance Problems: Your system may lock up due to both products attempting to access the same file at the same time.

I see on your log that you are running two firewalls: Kaspersky and ZoneAlarm. Having two firewalls means every connection should pass through two security check points which means prolonging the connection time without adding more security. I suggest you use one of them and uninstall the other.

I recommend you to keep Kaspersky Internet Security (which has both antivirus and firewall) and remove AV8 antivirus and ZoneAlarm. To do that:
    • Go to add/remove in the control panel and remove AV8.
    • Reboot if needed then repeat the step for ZoneAlarm.
  • Please open HiJackThis and choose do a system scan only. Check the boxes next to ONLY the entries listed below (if present):

    F3 - REG:win.ini: load=
    F3 - REG:win.ini: run=
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4E105539-7203-44FB-A1FA-6F03DD9C2CA3} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\efcBrSkH.dll (file missing)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: nnnnOged - nnnnOged.dll (file missing)
    O23 - Service: SessionLauncher - Unknown owner - C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\DX9\SessionLauncher.exe (file missing)

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, including browsers, so that nothing other than HijackThis is open, then click Fix Checked. A box will pop up asking you if you wish to fix the selected items. Please choose YES. Once it has fixed them, please exit/close HijackThis.

  • Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from MajorGeeks
    • Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
    • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
    • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
    • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
    • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
    Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

  • Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save to your Desktop.
    alternate download site

    DSS will do the following:
    • Create a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
    • Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, Internet Cache Files, and empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
    • Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for an analyst to review.
    • Automatically run HijackThis. It will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have it installed. So if HijackThis is not installed and DSS prompts you to download it, please answer yes.
You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges when using.
    • Close all applications and windows.
    • Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
    • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not
      malicious.
    • When the scan is complete, two text files will open in Notepad:
      • main.txt <- this one will be maximized
      • extra.txt <- this one will be minimized
    • If not, they both can be found in the C:\Deckard\System Scanner folder.
    • Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
-- When running DSS, some firewalls may warn that it is trying to access the Internet especially if your asked to download the most current version of HijackThis. Please ensure that you allow it permission to do so.
-- If you get a warning from your anti-virus while DSS is scanning, please allow DSS to continue as the scan is not harmful.

  • Please copy and paste to your reply:
    • The log of MBAM.
    • Both DSS logs.
