Hi all,
Its actually my neighbour's computer thats having the problem, im trying to fix
it for her. Shes recently got some spyware virus on her computer. I downloaded
smithfraud and the malware programs, as i had read about that in another thread
the thing is when i tried installing them on her computer i guess the virus detects
it or something, cos i couldnt get it to load up.. i even tried doing it in Safe Mode..
nothing happened.. anyone have any ideas on how i can get past the virus to
use these programs? Any advice would be great.

Sorry just realised i wrote in the wrong forum section, dont know how to delete this post.

Edit: Not to worry, moved this topic from XP to the more appropriate forum and deleted the duplicate in the AntiVirus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods forum. ~ Animal
