I have Norton security on my computer and even though I had the guest account turned off he gave me warnings
that it was urgent that I password protect the account....I have used this info I got from somewhere many times in
the past which might be helpful to the rest of you to put a password on the guest account:

1-log on to the computer with an admin. acct. and turn on the guest acct.
2-click start, run, type: cmd and click ok
3-input the following command and press enter: Net user guest password (then Enter)
4-go to the control panel to user accts. Click the guest account and now you can change the password.

(the default for the guest account is xp home and pro is blank-there is no password.)
