When I turn my computer on, it will say Windows will not start successfully. It gives options to start in safe mode, safe mode with networking, ect. But no matter what we click on, it will go back to the same thing. Saying windows will not start. We have tried safe mode, does not start. Computer did not come with Windows XP disc. Is there anything else we can try?

See this link.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
