Missing Ctxfihlp.hlp File

Sorry dont know if this is an is the right section to post it in but, when i booted up my computer it said i was missing the CTXFIHLP.HLP in the system32 folder... is this important?

I couldn't find anything about Ctxfihlp.hlp by googling or going to search at Microsoft. Are you sure that you have copied this correctly?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
