We just had a baby and some of our family came visited and used our computer. Now, when we click on IE we get several IE window pop-ups that try to navigate to a an address that returns a 404. We have also had a noticable slow down in pulling up web pages. As I stated in the description, Windows Defender found a Vundo.gen!E dll, and Spybot S&D found traces of Virtumonde, but cannot get rid of it. If anyone can please help, I (and my hormonal wife) would appreciate it. Logs below:

Hello Triese,

Sorry for the delay. We have many logs backed up.

I see two antiviurs programs on on your computer, RPS AntiVirus and Authentium AntiVirus SDK.

I (as well as MicroSoft, McAfee and Symantec) recommend that you DO NOT have more than one anti virus product installed and running on your computer at a time.

The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, then those products which do not encrypt the virus strings within them can cause other anti virus products to cause "false alarms".

It can also lead to a clash as both products fight for access to files which are opened again this is the resident/automatic protection.

In general terms, the two programs may conflict and cause:

1) False Alarms: When the anti virus software tells you that your PC has a virus when it actually doesn't.
2) System Performance Problems: Your system may lock up due to both products attempting to access the same file at the same time.

Therefore please go to add/remove in the control panel and remove one of these.
RPS Antivirus or Authentium Antivirus

I see you are running Teatimer and Windows Defender.
I suggest you to disable them because they can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.

How to disable TeaTimer during HijackThis Cleanup

When everything is done and your log is clean again, you can enable it again.

To disable Windows Defender:
Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Copy and Paste the entire Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware report in your next reply along with a fresh DSS log.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

If you encounter this message:"c:\program files\malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamext.dll Unable to register the dll/ocx: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5" Click on ignore mbamext.dll
