Hello again,
  • Please copy and paste the required logs instead of attaching them.

  • I see from the following Hijackthis entry the Ask Toolbars is installed on your computer:

    O3 - Toolbar: Ask Toolbar - {F0D4B239-DA4B-4daf-81E4-DFEE4931A4AA} - C:\Program Files\AskSBar\bar\1.bin\ASKSBAR.DLL

This program is known to be bundled with spyware. You may read more about Ask Toolbars here "Current Practices of IAC/Ask Toolbars"

    To uninstall Ask Toolbars:
Click "start" on the taskbar and then click on the "Control Panel" icon.
Please doubleclick the "Add or Remove Programs" icon.
A list of programs installed will be "populated" this may take a bit of time.
Click on the following entry and select "remove":

    Ask Toolbars

Additional instructions can be found here if needed.

  • Please download ComboFix.exe. Visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

    • When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
    • Please copy and paste the content of C:\ComboFix.txt to your reply.
    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

  • Using Windows Explorer go to the folder where the HijackThis.exe resides (C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\):
    • Right-click HijackThis.exe and select Rename from the Context Menu.
    • Rename HijackThis.exe to moon.exe and press Enter.
    • Double-click moon.exe to run Hijackthis and make a fresh log.
