Unfortunately I got myself infected with several Trojan/Spyware yesterday. It came in a zipped file that I downloaded thinking that it is an e-book containing mp3 tutorials. I followed the instruction given on http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/148807/urgent-help-computer-infected/ and have managed to remove most of the infections.
I first ran smitfraudfix, then I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (after updating it). Finally I ran Superantispyware(with full scan as suggested in that thread).
As suggested I rebooted after each run.
I also ran vundofix after all this which showed one infection after which I rebooted.
Just to check again I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and it showed 2 vundo infections(which it cleaned). So I am scared that I haven't done something right.
To be safe I am running all the softwares again in the following order and attaching the logs.
1. Hijack This
2. smitfraudfix (no infections found and did not ask for reboot)
3. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (same 2 infections found again and cleaned)
4. Superantispyware (Quick scan this time but with the 3 options mentioned in the thread I followed) - It detected nothing
5. VundoFix (no infections found) - No new log file so I attached the old one.
Also my google desktop has stopped loading now(I can reinstall it later).
And now I get this system message I restart each time "error loading c:\windows\system32\ryqtnyqbqql.dll". I searched for this online but found nothing.
After doing all this I rebooted the system and ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware again. And this time it did not show any infections and its latest logfile is also clean.
Here are the latest logs of HijackThis and Anti-Malware.
1. HijackThis - latest
2. Malware Log File- latest
Please help me with this. Do I need to run some other antispyware too? I really appreciate the trouble you guys take for the sake of us.
