Boot Failure-virus Or Hardware Problem?

Hi All
Well Recently i have this problem with my other computer/
When i try to boot my computer it fails(freeze) and leave me a message like that:
Displayed:Y(infinity symbol)Y(infinity symbol).
Can you please tell me if its a Virus or Boot up failure and please help me fix it
if you have any tools or something like that it will be great!

I believe it more of a problem with your monitor. Can you swap it with another one?

I'm 98% sure that's a monitor problem.
