Hi there.

I'm facing some problem with my Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit computer. The problem has existed since quite some time ago (i don't know why i'm doing something about it only now .. haha) The computer shuts down suddenly without any warning at all. This happens everytime I run a NOD32 or Spybot scan. It happened twice when i was DOTA-ing (my game count is probably about 100). There was no error message when my computer shuts down. The screen just went totally black.

I've ran SUPERantispyware and MBAM and both showed zero infections on my computer.

Something in my guts tells me that this problem is due to my processor overheating. I'm using a AMD 64 X2 4800+ and when i checked my BIOS, the temperature was 55 degrees celcius.

What do the pros think? Is there any way I can narrow down the root of the problem?
