I want to start at a less bumpy learning curve than say, C and head to VB if it is easy to learn and construct DLLs. I have a good ability to learn such languages and I know how to work with data types and the basics of code in general, so I can declare variables and construct simple programs a few days after being introduced to the language.

So I'm only needing a base run-through on what I need to know to make a DLL in VB. Step-by-step instructions starting as close to my utter noob VB experience as possible would be appreciated.
