Hi again...
I think I have everything right this time to post correctly.
My dad was playing a game on MSN games and all of a sudden he said screen upon screens just started popping up and loading. He manually shut down my computer as fast as he could but the damage had already been done. :thumbup2:
I came home and he told me about what had happened so I started the computer to see what was up. I had the dreaded blue screen with the "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install antivirus or spyware remover to scan your computer box on my desktop" (yellow box with the top warning printed in black and the bottom line printed in white). My icons were all huge and the screen resolution was awful.
I didn't have the bugs that others have had but I also didn't have my screensaver tab anymore either. It was gone. I then noticed that I had a new icon and program loaded onto my computer which was AXPDefender!!! :)

After first freaking out, I scoured the internet and thankfully came upon this great website. I found others with the same nasty and figured it had to be the rotten Smitfraud Virus.
I immediately did the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan and that got rid of 4594 infections which must have been all of the AXPDefender garbage because all of that was gone. I then did the Smitfraud removal tool exactly per the instructions and it worked and removed the "Warning! box off my desktop. I was able to get my old desktop back and my screensaver tab was back as well. I decided I better check the one other user account on my computer. Unfortunately, that desktop was still the blue screen with the warning box so I did the Smitfraud tool again under that user name and it also worked.

Everything seems to be working OK but I really want to make sure that there's nothing left that I didn't get rid of as I really need this computer to be secure.

Here are the requested scans...

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.
Your log looks pretty good to me. Are you getting any other indication that malware is present?

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
