Computer Doesn't Reboot

Hey guys, i found a few errors on my pc with avast antivirus,
after avast repaired these, now i cant reboot it freezes at memory check, but if i shut down then turn on its fine.

Any ideas?

Are you running the latest version of Avast with the latest updates?

I have exactly the same problem with Avast. Shutdown is fine but reboot freezes.

Why not try...something other than Avast?

There's no dearth of reliable, free AV programs.
