:thumbsup: so I boot the XP desktop and hello to Run DLL: blah-blah M3PLUGIN.dll module blah-blah.
As far I can gather it's a remnant from some toolbar that was probably deleted.
OK, I am getting really sleepy. Must shutdown and reboot to see exact wording of message.

Try using AutoRuns to see if you located and delete this orphaned startup entry.
