After Install Vista Ultimate Cant Access Some Websites

I cant access some of the websites like microsoft and pirate bay.Im using internet explorer 7 and when i want to get in it will load very slow and after it theres an error page!
Im also having difficulties to update.When im trying to update there's an error code like this "WindowsUpdate_80072EE2" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"
Can anyone help me! :huh:

DO NOT put Pirate Bay in your "Trusted Zone"!
