Hello BOFH in training and welcome to BC

I've ran combofix in normal & safemode and this did not remove.

What led you to run Combofix? ComboFix is an extremely powerful tool which should only be used when instructed to do so by someone who has been properly trained. ComboFix is intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert." It is NOT for private use. Please read Combofix's Disclaimer. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.

Can you please verify that the spelling is correct for the above file?

avg names it as downloader.delf.12an

Is this AVG AntiVirus or AVG AntiSpyware?

Please let us know what other security programs you have installed.

Is your computer experiencing any issues: pop-ups, redirects, etc.? Please be as specific as you can.
