In my quest to try to figure out how to fix my laptop, I somehow have now got 2 Vista's on my system. How is that possible? When my laptop starts up, on the screen where you can choose which system to run or F8 for safe mode it lists Windows Vista twice. I chose each and they both have the same files but in different places.

How do I get rid of the one that I don't want?
