I have Windows XP Homes and Professional. Browser: Internet Explorer. Anti Virus Used: Veriizon Secrity Suite. PROBLEM: When attempting to play downloaded games from Big Fish Games I receive this error message. Error: Access Violation @0X77F3F4FC. Tried to rewrite to 0X00130000 Program Terminated. I cannot access games. I contacted the game company who have been diligently working with me to resolve this issue, but to no avail. Today, I was guided to your site. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Charmin[post="Click me"]Error Program Terminated[/post]

You may want to use event viewer to troubleshoot what might be causing the errors. I tried a "google search" using the information from your post but received no hits. Instructions for using the event viewer are here:

Look for errors that happened about the time the original problem occurred. Nothing may show up as these aren't system errors as such, but it's worth a look.
Does this look like an OldGrumpyBastard or what?
