Weird Startup Message

wenever i turn on my pc and d time my startup items load i receive with a windows script host pop-up saying "Loading script C:\WINDOWS\system31\NewVirusRemoval.vbs failed(access is denied) and whenever i insert some of the pen drive into the pc while opening it i find the same but then on right clicking the new drive i open it by clicking on "explore".....also i am not able to see my hidden files n folders....today i was trying to see my hidden files and folders. I followed the unique process Tools>>folder options>>show hidden files and folder>>ok. but??...I wasn't able to see the hidden files?.....and when again i went to Tools>>folder options>> i saw the do not show hidden files and folder option been checked instead of show hidden hiles??......Then i thought of restarting my pc but it didn't work.....Please help me out!!
