Most of the Members here are simply computer users with different levels of experience and different areas of expertise. The goal of BC is to provide help for common users, and the more knowledgeable Members graciously give of their time to help others where they can.

Don't hesitate to post about your problem, after looking through the forum descriptions for the one that seems most appropriate; just try to give as much information about your problem as you can, what you are doing when it happens, and any error messages that pop up.

Welcome to BC!
Regards,
John

I took the liberty of moving the post to the Am I Infected? Forum, since you were unable to post a HJT log.
Cheers,
