I had a virus-spyware-malware combo in my system that was cleaned by AVG (removed virus:JS/Psyme, trojan:SHeur.bplug), Ad-Aware and Spy-bot (removed WildTangent, Windows_Security_Disabled and Virtumonde.dll).
After running the aforementioned programs, and running HouseCall, I was told that my system was clean.
But, I continued to receive popups on my computer asking me to install anti-virus programs. I also had porn icons on my desktop (BDSM and Uncensored Porn). I checked my Windows Tasks and deleted three processes (2.exe, 3.exe and 4.exe). After this, there were no more icons/popups. Using Spy-bot's advanced mode, I deleted three startup programs (Sys2B0.exe, Sys2C0.exe, Sys1c0.exe). They were present in c:\ and I deleted them from there as well.
I restarted the computer and had spy-bot run at start-up. It identified another instance of virtumonde.dll! I decided to check out HijackThis and send the log to a helper. I have the log attached to this post. Please let me know if I have to fix something further. I use Firefox 3 and never use IE.
