Arconis-help Needed Asap Please

I have one HD and I made a secrue zone then I verified it then I activated the startup manager, but still when I press F11 it hangs after saying acronis is loading same thing happens when I boot form the DVD I made using the acronis "Create bootable rescue media because I do not have the original disk so when I boot from the DVD I made using acronis I click start full version acronis it says it is loading but I am just stuck at a blank black screen. What can I do I want this software to work after all I payed for it so I can recover when necessary and now it isn't working please help ASAP Thanks soo much...
I am using Acronis home edition 11

Have you tried the safe version from the emergency media?

Does this machine have a RAID setup? (If you don't know, the answer is most likely no).

When you boot the recovery media, you should be given an option for the full version or the safe version (It should be listed twice).

I only have disk cleanser start windows normally and fll version ill check again

Wait.. you can boot the windows installation?

If that's the case, you can simply start True Image and use the "Recovery"

Okay heres the thing everything is fine but I am say i recently reinstalled windows for I had a problem and couldnt backup and now I want to make sure it works for the future and also I tried again I unplugged everything except charger and booted from cd and it still hangs it has same affect without the cd when pressing F11 also I waited 15-20 minutes and it was still "hanging"
