just bought a computer and it has a card in it and i was told it is a wireless modem. i ran a program called belarc advisor here is the results what do i need to do to get the internet on my computer, i am not familar with computers so please be patient if you tell me what to do step by step i am using a public computer to get help

The log indicates the system does have wireless capability by listing a wireless adaptor...

To connect to the internet you must first have a wireless router connected to your phone line and a suitable broadband package from a communications provider.
Or you can connect through free public WiFi spots that ofer access.

You need to navigate to the control panel which can be found through the start menu.
Double click on Network connections a new window will open and list (hopefully) the network adaptor instaled on this system.
You are now looking for a wireless network connection. if you find one right click it and select View available wireless networks...
A new window will pop up.
Only connect to a network you have been given permission to use.
locate the wireless network you have been allowed to connect to and connect to it.
