Creating A Doc With Pictures.

I want to create documents with edited pictures on them. What kind of programs do i need?

This is an example of what i'm trying to do.

What LNBs are you using

I would like to be able to save this as an image with the writing "What LNBs are you using?"so i can quickly give an standard reply to a question with a couple of clicks.

for email? ??? it wont happen, we as a generation are so paranoid about spam it is almost impossable to send rich text files if you are not known by the resiever, best thing to do is set up a web site, send out your web address, (witch will be blocked by any spam blocker) ive had to turn down 1,000s worth of work coz .ppl want to send rich text that i know wont get through
