I have been at this for six hours now. This is part of what I have tried. Unistall, I do not have permission. I have tried to go on DOS and do it, deleated temp files but to no avail. I have tried Hijack this but not sure which files to delete.
I have also tried Malwaresbytes, it did find a trojen and removed ubt my computer is still infected.
What i my next step?
Here is the log from Hijack this.

Hi,

Go start -> Run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns <-- (The space between g and / is needed)

Then hit Enter, type Exit, hit Enter.

Next step,

Please download F-Secure Blacklight (fsbl.exe) and save to your C:\ drive.
  • Open a command window by going to Start > Run and typing: cmd
  • Copy/paste or type the following in the command window: C:\fsbl.exe /expert
  • Hit "Enter" to start the program and then close the cmd box.
  • Accept the user agreement and click "Next".
  • Click "Scan".
  • After the scan is complete, click "Next", then "Exit".
  • BlackLight will create a log in C:\ drive named "fsbl-xxxxxxx.log" (the xxxxxxx will be the date and time of the scan).
  • The log will have a list of all items found. Do not choose to rename any yet!
I want to see the log first because legitimate items can also be present...like "wbemtest.exe" and "tcptest.exe.
  • Exit Blacklight and post the contents of the log in your next reply.
Next step,

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save to your Desktop.
alternate download site

DSS will do the following:
  • Create a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
  • Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, Internet Cache Files, and empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
  • Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for an analyst to review.
  • Automatically run HijackThis. It will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have it installed. So if HijackThis is not installed and DSS prompts you to download it, please answer yes.
You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges when using.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
  • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not
    malicious.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open in Notepad:
    • main.txt <- this one will be maximized
    • extra.txt <- this one will be minimized
  • If not, they both can be found in the C:\Deckard\System Scanner folder.
  • Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
-- When running DSS, some firewalls may warn that it is trying to access the Internet especially if your asked to download the most current version of HijackThis. Please ensure that you allow it permission to do so.
-- If you get a warning from your anti-virus while DSS is scanning, please allow DSS to continue as the scan is not harmful.

Dear Renato,
I tried following your steps. Two immediate problems. When entering ipconfig /flushdns in MSDOS, I get "the requested operation requires elevation"
I have no idea what that means. (Do i lift my hard drive over my head and start some type of incontation?

Also, when attempting to save the FSBL.EXE to C:\ drive, I get " You do not have permission to save here" prompt.
What is next?
Will

Hi,

As you are using Vista you have to run the program as Administrator.

Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore") navigate to C:\Windows\System32, search for cmd.exe, right-click on it and choose the option Run as Administrator, now try again that line command.

About Blacklight try to save in your desktop and follow my previous instructions.

I think this is what you were asking for in attatchments. I could not get my program to work exactly as directed. Let me know if this works and what my next step(s) should be.
Thanks, Will

Any problem to follow my last instructions?

The file attached is the Deckard's System Scanner without changes. You have to access your prompt (as Administrator) and type that command line to flush your DNS, because you are infected by an infection known as WareOut. After that you have to install the F Secure Blacklight to see if you have some hide program running.

Try to follow my last instructions, if you have some doubt post here again, but tell me what you don't understand.

OK, I finally figured out how to get the C: ipconfig /flushdns to work.
When I go to save the fsbl, I get a prompt that I can not save it to C: because i do not have admin.
How do I get around this?

As I said, try to save the program on your DESKTOP.

Dear Renato,

I finally figured out how to save the FSBL to my desk top and I ran the program. I could not open any FSBL-log. When I ran the FSBL, it did say that there were NO found hidden objects. I re-ran the Deckard system and posted below.
Please let me know my next step. I appreciate your patience.

Did you followed my instructions to run the prompt of DOS as administrator and type that command line?

Go start -> Run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns <-- (The space between g and / is needed)

Then hit Enter, type Exit, hit Enter.
