Hi, first time here.

I made a Complete PC Backup of my laptop to a USB HDD (G). Then I restored to the original factory settings. I now want to go back to restore from my Complete PC Backup because I forgot to get my Windows Mail info. When I do so, it says it can't find any backups. Any ideas from anyone?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
