Ok I run AVG anti-virus , ad-ware, and spybot search and destroy. I run scans and I delete mostly tracking cookies and sometimes spyware. I run another scan to double check that their gone, and I see them back again. I also delete tracking cookies through FireFox. Any HElp please.
