I think maybe when after my computer crashed, whilst I was using my DVD burner,I reinsalled XP,perhapes my DVD drive is not working properly,as I switched to the cd player and installed other programs from that and they worked fine.
When I boot up,I get the black screen thing? I checked past post and did a dick check, like they suggested, but its still doing it?.
Should I try and reinstall again using my cd drive?
What could have gone wrong with my dvd drive?
P.S I had my computer purring along,I was sooooo happy with it and then this stupid crash, wiped everything out,and I wasnt even doing anything strange,it just came out of the blue?
