Um excuse me If I'm doing this wrong but I'm having the same problem so if you can plzzzzzz help me here are my specs

We need to know the make, model, and if possible, the service tag number of the computer.
Example: Dell Dimension 3000. It should be on the back somewhere, or if it's a laptop, on the bottom

It's a PCV-RS410 as indicated in your first post.
Audio driver and install instructions here.
If you still have no sound afterwards, post back.
