No Start Programs, Missing Run 32dll

Hi,
I am trying to fix my friends computer. She got infected with lots of trojans and junk. I cleaned it out. No spyware or viruses, but alas no programs at start up. can't access control panel or hardrives. Get missing run32dll with everything. HELP!

I downloaded it and when I put in the code it says it isn't right.She is going to shoot me! There is no start programs,no run, no nothing. I did do a hijack this log though. Any thoughts

do I put a check next to the red highlighted ones and then remove, also there is one with a big red dot next to it,it says not to double click it or open it, it is R-media, do I put a check in that one

I was able to find the programs when I right clicked on my computer. I just don't have anything except start and shut down on the desktop.
any ideas
