There is no real way to hide your IP as you need this address in order to get online. You can try changing or IP using Proxies

http://www.danasoft.com/ this site shows what sort of information you send when you are online. It is quite accurate, My system is behind 2 firewalls and it gets my ISP,my IP, My browser, and My OS.

If you want to change the IP you could try http://www.torproject.org/ there is a wide range to choose from.
Regards,

Alan.

Free proxies:

Proxomitron does not hide IP, but will hide browser details and
referer info.

Hope That Helps
