I had a computer with a problem in outlook a while back, when selecting a couple emails in outlook the computer would totally freeze up. to fix this i copied all of the working emails into a file, went to where the inbox is located it, renamed its extension to .OLD so that on next startup there was a new empty inbox, I then copied all the working emails back in. appeared good as new. now she can not delete any emails at all, and is receiving multiple copies of the sme email.(don't believe the email is being resent) any ideas or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
