Hi there,

It's better to print this out or save into notepad, because you will have to work into safe mode, and this page wouldn't be available then.
And it's also important you don't miss any steps!!

I see you have WareOut installed. This is a so called spywareremover with a dubious reputation. So I strongly suggest you to uninstall it!!

DAP is also present on your system. This is not spyware, but it is known that DAP brings spyware with it. There are better alternatives.
Read here for more info: http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php?cat=dlman#dlman

REBOOT after you uninstalled.

Download and install CCleaner
Do not use it yet.

Download remv3.zip
You will find remv3.zip as an attachement there, so download it.
Unzip all the files to a permanent folder.

Download CWShredder. Start CWShredder and click FIX

* Please set your system to show all files:
Open My Computer.
Select the View menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
In the Hidden files section select Show all files.
Click OK.

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,(Default) = http://targetclicks.net/srch.php?qq=%s

Check the following lines (if still present) if you decided to uninstall DAP:

O2 - BHO: DAPHelper Class - {0000CC75-ACF3-4cac-A0A9-DD3868E06852} - C:\ARCHIVOS DE PROGRAMA\DAP\DAPBHO.DLL
O3 - Toolbar: DAP Bar - {62999427-33FC-4baf-9C9C-BCE6BD127F08} - C:\ARCHIVOS DE PROGRAMA\DAP\DAPIEBAR.DLL

O9 - Extra button: Run DAP - {669695BC-A811-4A9D-8CDF-BA8C795F261C} - C:\ARCHIV~1\DAP\DAP.EXE

Did you know there are restrictions on your Internet control panel? This is standard set by spybot s&d or other security programs. So, if you're not aware of it, check the following line:

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

* Reboot into Safe Mode`:
To get into safe mode as the computer is booting you press and hold your "F8 key" on the top of your keyboard or press and hold the left or right Ctrl key as the computer is booting. In this menu choose option 3 by pressing the 3 key and press enter.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following folder, and delete it if still present:

C:\Archivos de programa\WareOut <== this folder

*Double click on remv3.bat to run it. Wait till the dos window closes. !!Don't forget this step!!

* Click on start, then settings, and then click on Control Panel to open the Control Panel. Then double-click on the Network icon. You will then be presented with a list of entries. SCroll down till you see TCP/IP->yournetworkcard and double-click on that entry.

This will open the TCP/IP properties. Click once on the DNS Configuration tab. Then remove the bad entries from the DNS Search Order section. Make sure the DNS is set to enabled and then press OK twice to exit the properties. If it asks if you want to reboot, say yes. If it does not ask, reboot your computer.

* Start Ccleaner and click Run Cleaner

* Reboot your system back to normal mode.

* Perform an onlinescan with housecall and/or Etrust and let it delete everything it finds.

Look on your C:\ and you will find a txtfile with the name: log.txt
Post the contents from that log together with a fresh HijackThislog.

Extra addition:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WMIEXE.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DDHELP.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RNAAPP.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TAPISRV.EXE

Nothing wrong with those.. they are legit. Just follow my instructions in the right order without missing any steps and don't delete items i didn't ask you to. ;-)
