Vista: Bad Responsiveness!

i'm running Windows Vista and i'm having really slow response ..


i had a serious problem (that blue screen) and i did a "System Restore"

then, i removed Norton and i installed Kaspersky ..

Another thing (althogh i'm not sure if it's related to this or not) : CPU usage is really high 80%~100% => process: svchost.exe


i have a kind of urgent situation and i would really appreciate any help..
