Using Vista Msn Problems

hi... hope i get this right as its my first post...
i just brought a new computer and it has vista on it...
i use msn and recentlyone of my friends sent me a message
"http : / / imagesalon.ca / img / viewimage . php"

I... was stupid enough to click on the link wasnt I... :huh:
now everything i try and takl to someone on msn it pops up in there window...
i have deleted it from the computer...

im not sure wat else to do
i did a virus scann with CA and it found nothing,,,

could someone please help me with my poblem :huh::):huh: :huh:

You have an MSN virus.

Download HijackThis™ here:

Right click on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Click 'Do a System Scan and Save logfile'.
The HJT log will open in notepad.

Copy and paste the contents of the HJT log into a NEW TOPIC in "HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal"
