I need to kill this CWS problem

I have been having problems with CWS for the last week or so. I have tried a number of things. I have run Ad-aware, Register Mechanic, Spyaware and others and all programs say they eliminate the various problems they identify but everytime I start IE, the problem persists. In fact, I have run all the mentioned software in sequence and each one picks up on the same related problems minutes after the previous one says it cleared it up, without even using the IE.
