I'm not aware of any way to do this. However I am a BenQ repairer, so I will ask BenQ.

Sorry, BenQ Technical Support say there is no kiosk mode or similar that can be set to achieve this. The bootup behaviour is programmed in firmware (either in the interface board or LCD panel if it's a smartpanel) from the factory in China, and could only be changed by re-programming custom firmware.
