a friend has a computer and he is trying to use internet explorer but a box pops up asking him for a password he has no idea what it is it also says inside the box page has no ratings what can he do to get past this so it won't happen every time the box says content advisor password the computer was given to him and the person that gave it to him has never set it up to ask for a password the opearating system is windows xp could i use add remove to remove internet explorer and download a later version would this work. and how could i change it also the computer runs slow some one told me to use firefox web browser and it comes up with this
